He was the child of Seweryn Rzewuski and Konstancja Małgorzata Lubomirska. He married Alexandra Francis Rzewuska. 4 children are recorded: Leon Rzewuski, Stanislaw Rzewuski, Kaliksta Teano and Witołd Rzewuski.
