What is collected, why it is collected, and how it is kept.

Pre-launch — this notice will be replaced before commercial activity begins.

What is collected

Only what you provide: your name and email address when you make an enquiry or subscribe to the newsletter; and, when you submit an object, the description, photographs and documents you choose to attach.

Client accounts store the email address used to sign in and the submissions, messages and documents associated with that account.

Why it is collected

To answer enquiries, to review objects offered for consignment, and to send catalogue announcements where a subscription has been requested. Information is not sold and is not used for advertising.

How it is kept

Records are held in an access-controlled database. Uploaded photographs and documents are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.

Your requests

You may ask for a copy of your records, ask for corrections, unsubscribe from the newsletter, or ask for your records to be deleted. Use the contact form; the definitive data-protection contact will be published before commercial activity begins.
