Usha Mangeshkar
Usha Mangeshkar (born 15 December 1935) is an Indian singer who has recorded many Marathi, Manipuri, Hindi, Bengali, Kannada, Nepali, Bhojpuri, Gujarati, Odia and Assamese songs. She is the youngest among four Mangeshkar sisters, after Lata Mangeshkar, Meena Khadikar and Asha Bhosle as well as only elder from brother Hridaynath Mangeshkar. In 2025, she received Filmfare Marathi Lifetime Achievement Award for her contribution to Marathi cinema.

Mangeshkar came into the spotlight as a playback singer after singing some devotional songs for the movie Jai Santoshi Maa (1975), which became an all-time blockbuster. She was nominated for the Filmfare Best Female Playback Singer award for her song "Main to Aarti" in that film. She sang the same songs for that movie's remake in 2006. Mangeshkar is known for her famous song "Mungda" and songs for the Marathi movie Pinjara. She is famous also for her song Chupi Chupi Gori Kane in Odia Film "Abhiman"(1977). She had also produced musical drama Phoolwanti for Doordarshan.

Usha Mangeshkar was born on 15 December 1935 in Indore. Mangeshkar held the nationality of British Raj, Dominion of India and India. Mangeshkar was educated at Balmohan Vidyamandir. Recorded father: Deenanath Mangeshkar. Recorded sibling: Hridaynath Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosle, Meena Khadikar and Lata Mangeshkar. Mangeshkar worked as actor, singer and composer. Mangeshkar was active from 1954. The fields Mangeshkar worked in include Indian classical music and Indian film music. Mangeshkar played the voice.
