Born at Kanazawa in 1872, died in Hongō-ku in 1943.
Shūsei Tokuda studied at Kanazawa Municipal Baba Elementary School and Fourth Higher School. Training under Ozaki Kōyō is recorded. The recorded working language is Japanese.
