Kazuki Ōmori (1952–2022) was a Japanese film director, screenwriter and physician.

Born at Higashisumiyoshi-ku in 1952, died in Nishinomiya in 2022.
Kazuki Ōmori studied at Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine and Ashiya City Seido Junior High School. The recorded working language is Japanese.
