The picture record
Each year, ETW hosts a national trombone solo competition. Preliminary rounds are held via taped audition, judged by members of "Pershing's Own." Three musicians from each age division were invited to take part in the live final round, which was open to the public. A distinguished panel of judges chose the winner.
