Herbert Hirche
Herbert Hirche (20 May 1910 in Görlitz – 28 January 2002 in Heidelberg) was a German architect and furniture and product designer. • Illustration — Braun HM 6-81 radiogram (1958) • Illustration — Braun HF 1 television (1958) Herbert Hirche studied from 1930 to 1933 at the Bauhaus in Dessau and Berlin. His teachers included, Wassily Kandinsky and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. From 1934 to 1938, he worked in Mies van der Rohe's office in Berlin, until his boss emigrated to the United States.
