Franz Wulfhagen

Painting, probably by the German painter Franz Wulfhagen (1624–1670), located in the museum of Schloss Schönebeck, Bremen, Germany. The picture shows a small whale stranded on the banks of the river Weser in 1670 at Lemwerder. The background shows the oldest known picture of Vegesack and its port.
