Frank Chouteau Brown (January 1876 –1947) was an American architect.

Built circa 1675, this English Colonial-style house was originally built by Captain Nathaniel Davenport, but was sold before completion to Judge Jonathan Corwin, whom finished the house, and resided there at the time he was involved in the Salem Witch Trials of 1692-1693, serving on the Court of Oyer and Terminer, which sent 19 people to their deaths over accusations of witchcraft.
