Calvin C. Straub

Calvin Chester Straub (March 16, 1920 – October 21, 1998) FAIA was an American architect known for his significant impact on architecture as both a designer and an educator. Straub's influence extended through several generations, as he served as a professor of architecture at the University of Southern California (USC) from 1946 to 1961 and later at Arizona State University from 1961 to 1988. During his career, Straub worked as a senior partner at Buff, Straub and Hensman, a renowned architectural firm in Southern California.
