Andrzej Łapicki

In his last years, he wrote columns in the Polish press, where he described his childhood memories from Latvia with very warm feelings. Łapicki played a large amount of roles on Polish theater stages. He was a tutor, and later, rector (1981–1987 and 1993–1996) of the National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw. He was married twice. He then married theatrologist Kamila Mścichowska in 2009 and remained with her until his death.

Andrzej Łapicki studied at Stefan Batory Gymnasium and Lyceum and National Institute of Theatre Arts of Warsaw. The recorded working language is Polish. Employment is recorded with Aleksander Zelwerowicz National Academy of Dramatic Art. Positions recorded include member of the Sejm of the Polish People's Republic.
