    Your account holds your submissions and their progress, your sale registrations and bidding status, your correspondence with us, your documents, your invoices and payments, your notifications and your correspondence preferences. It is the single record of your relationship with us.

    Use a long, unique password held in a password manager, never reuse it elsewhere, keep the email address on your account under your sole control, and sign out on shared devices. Tell us at once if you suspect any unauthorised access.
