Phil Price
Phil Price (born 1965) is a New Zealand artist best known for his large-scale kinetic sculptures. Price's work incorporates engineering and design in works inspired by the natural world. Price received a BFA degree in sculpture from the University of Canterbury School of Fine Arts.

A kinetic sculpture designed to show how windy it is here... when the wind blows the sculpture tilts... hence the two pivots, the further it tilts the windier it is.
