Maude Barlow, National chairperson for the Council of Canadians, speaking about water issues at the Ottawa Folk Festival. The festival was a bottled water free event. It went amazingly well and I hope that it becomes a city wide policy. Rather than paying $2/plastic bottle, people were offered nice metal bottles at $10 and given unlimited access to clean filtered water. For more info on her book Bl
