She is best known for her biographical documentary films about Estonian artists and composers, including works on Eduard Tubin, Erkki-Sven Tüür, Tõnu Kõrvits, and Konrad Mägi.

Kõrver was born in Tallinn, the daughter of the composer Boris Kõrver. She attended the Tallinn English College and the Nõmme Music School, studied jazz piano and composition at the Georg Ots Tallinn Music College, and studied art at the Estonian Academy of Arts. In 2005 she graduated from the film and video programme of Tallinn University as a cinematographer and director, and in 2009 she earned a master's degree in film directing from the Baltic Film and Media School. From 2012 to 2015 she continued her studies in the joint master's programme in theatre and film directing run by the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre and the Baltic Film and Media School.

Since 2003, Kõrver has worked as a freelance director and cinematographer. Her early films included portraits of the fashion and watercolour artist Agu Pilt (Pildi sisse minek, 2002) and the jewellery designer Kadri Mälk (Kujutluse tume taevas, 2003). She went on to direct biographical documentaries about internationally known Estonian composers: Äraoldud päevade summa (2005), on Eduard Tubin, and Erkki-Sven Tüür: 7 etüüdi piltides (2010). Her 2011 film The Measure of Man (Inimese mõõt), made with the semiotician Kaie Kotov, explored the conflict between humans and their environment. Her later work includes Lained ja võnked (2014), Vigala Sass – viimased lindid (2016), Perpetuum mobile ja piiritud hinged (2017), Vello Salo. Igapäevaelu müstika (2018), and Tõnu Kõrvits. Lageda laulud (2018), a portrait of the composer Tõnu Kõrvits that won the Estonian Cultural Endowment's portrait-film prize in 2019. The film was screened at the Kraków Film Festival in 2019, where it was reviewed by the European film magazine Cineuropa. Kõrver also made documentary films about the painter Konrad Mägi: the short Konrad Mägi (2019) and the feature Kunst on ainus pääsetee. Konrad Mägi eluloofilm (2020). In 2021 she directed and produced Olev Subbi. Elu kuues peatükis, a portrait of the painter Olev Subbi, as well as DeStudio. Pohmelus. She served as cinematographer on the television series Litsid (2017) and as one of the directors of the television series Pank (2018), which was nominated for the 2019 Estonian Film and Television Award for best television series. Kõrver made her theatre directing debut on 2 April 2011 with Madame Flaubert, based on the life of Gustave Flaubert, at Von Krahl in Tallinn. She is a member of the Estonian Film Journalists' Association (since 2010).
