Jon Cypher

Jon Cypher (January 13, 1932 – August 3, 2026) was an American actor and singer. He was best known for his role of Chief of Police Fletcher Daniels in Hill Street Blues throughout the series's run and as Man-At-Arms in the 1987 Masters of the Universe film. He was also known for his work in Cinderella, As the World Turns, Major Dad, Probe and Santa Barbara.
