John Edgar Gregan
Illustration — The Mechanics' Institute, 103, Princess Street, Manchester John Edgar Gregan (1813–1855), was a Scottish architect. Gregan was born in Dumfries on 18 December 1813. He studied architecture first under Walter Newall and afterwards at Manchester under Thomas Witlam Atkinson.
