Hung Jui-lin (1912–1996) was a Taiwanese painter and miner.

Hung Jui-lin studied at Musashino Art University, Kawabata School of Painting and Taipei Municipal Chengyuan High School. training under Ishikawa Kinichiro is recorded. Lee Tai-yuan, LIU Yang-Che and SUN Tse-ching are recorded as having studied under Hung Jui-lin.

Work by Hung Jui-lin is recorded in the collections of Taipei Fine Arts Museum.
