Gmina Uchanie is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Hrubieszów County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Uchanie, which lies approximately 20 km north-west of Hrubieszów and 84 km south-east of the regional capital Lublin. The gmina covers an area of 120.75 km2, and as of 2006 its total population is 5,009 (4,873 in 2013).
