Firuzabadi (1329–1415) was a linguist, writer and poet.

training under Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya, Taqi al-Din al-Subki and Ibn Nubata is recorded. Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani is recorded as having studied under Firuzabadi. the recorded working language is Arabic and Persian.
