Born at Rostov-on-Don in 1874, died in Moscow in 1967.
Elena Gnesina studied at Moscow Conservatory. Training under Vasily Safonov, Ferruccio Busoni and Sergei Ivanovich Taneyev is recorded. The recorded working language is Russian.
