Curley Money

Curley Money (March 20, 1925 – December 23, 2003) was an American rockabilly musician. Robert Earnest Money, known by his stage name Curley Money, was the youngest of eight children born to Andrew Jackson "Bud" Money, a sharecropper, and Lillia Otelia Cullpepper Money in Haleburg, Alabama. Only eight years old when he first developed musical interests, Money could later be found fiddling at barn dances on Saturday nights in Henry County for extra cash.
