VAL-WKB-1.0
A world-best claim must be earned
VALÉORINE does not turn a marketing superlative into a fact. VAL-WKB-1.0 fixes the cohort, comparison boundary, quality gates, speed metric and external-attestation rule that must all be satisfied before the platform may describe its knowledge engine as best and fastest under this protocol.

Comparability before ranking
At least 3 external comparable systems plus VALÉORINE must run the same frozen cohort. Post-hoc exclusions are forbidden. The cohort, source-access manifest, raw outcomes, timing, errors, evaluator and run hash must be published.

Admission gates
Speed cannot buy correctness
A system is excluded from a world-best result if it has an identity violation, unsupported factual claim, unverified publication, provenance replay failure or hidden manual repair in the benchmark run. Only admitted systems are ranked for quality and speed.
| Metric | Rule |
|---|---|
| Primary speed | lower 95% exact-first-PASS verified-publication rate per hour across the complete required end-to-end chain |
| Overall ranking | A system is overall rank 1 only if it passes every hard admission gate and is not Pareto-dominated on the declared quality vector and end-to-end speed. A world-best certificate additionally requires rank 1 for quality and rank 1 for speed. |
| Claim scope | Best and fastest comparable evidence-native knowledge reconstruction engine under VAL-WKB-1.0. This protocol does not support claims about every possible AI system or every unrelated task. |
| Falsification | Any post-hoc cohort alteration, hidden manual repair, incomparable source access, missing raw outcomes, failed hard gate, unverifiable run hash, self-hosted attestation or unverifiable attestation hash invalidates the world-best claim. |
