Hiroyuki Kakudō
Born September 28, 1959 is a Japanese anime director from Kitakyūshū, Fukuoka Prefecture. He graduated from Toyo University's Faculty of Letters. In 1978, while in college, he was a founding member of Group Ebisen, an independent animation production and screening group.
