Anton Aškerc was a poet, editor, archivist, writer and catholic priest (1856–1912). He was born in Rimske Toplice and died in Ljubljana.

Biography
He also worked under the names Gorazd, Nenad and Duhovnik. His recorded languages were Slovene and German. His recorded confession was Catholic Church.
